This offer is available for new bookings made at participating hotels in Europe between 19th April and 29th July 2016 for stays between 1st May 2016 and 31st May 2017. Offer is only available at participating JW Marriott®, Autograph Collection® Hotels, Renaissance® Hotels, Marriott Hotels®, AC Hotels by Marriott®, Courtyard® and Residence Inn® hotels in Europe. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. This offer is only valid for groups with a minimum of 10 guestrooms. All conference charges including taxes must be settled upon check-out. In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the earning of points or miles through Marriott Rewards Rewarding Events does not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE. A maximum of 100,000 points can be awarded per event, including the double bonus points. Points for qualifying events can be earned on all eligible revenue with the exception of – all taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges. Free cocktail party details as follows: maximum 1 hour basic/house package for beer, wine & soft drinks, capped at 200 participants. The free room upgrade will be to the next available room category (up to a maximum of 10 rooms and upon availability, some hotels might not have a different room category). Complimentary room details as follows: 1 per every 20 paid rooms, up to a maximum of 15 rooms. 3% rebate on the master account bill details as follows: applicable only on food, beverage & meeting room rental charges excl. AV & 3rd party contracted services. 5% rebate on the master account bill for the 2nd meeting when both events are contracted and signed simultaneously. Upgraded coffee break details as follows: additional food and beverage item based on meeting purpose and package booked, varies by hotel. Complimentary internet for participants in guestroom. Breakfast Danish is available on arrival for meeting room bookings that include F&B package i.e. tea/coffee and lunch. Minimum 10 attendees, varies by hotel. VIP amenity (VIP amenity in room for group bookings; for identified VIP attendees; max 10% of all attendees, amenity varies by hotel).
