AC Hotels offers personalised online service to corporate customers. This programme is aimed exclusively at companies interested in special rates and/or meeting services, and includes more than 90 hotels in Spain, Italy and Portugal to select from for business or leisure travel.

Your company will have its own account manager as well as its own special negotiated rates. We even offer a team of dedicated professionals to help you organise and plan business meetings at AC Hotels. Again, rates can be tailored to accommodate your budget and may even include complimentary extras such as coffee service, lunch and multimedia equipment.

  1. Q: Who is entitled to become a member of the corporate programme?
    A:
    Anyone who owns a company can apply to become a member of the corporate programme. You can enjoy all the benefits of this membership from the moment your application is approved.

  2. Q: How do I register?
    A:
    You can register quickly and easily via our “Registration” section. You simply need to complete the form with your personal and company details. You will then be registered in our database and your corporate code will be sent to you by one of our account managers.

  3. Q: Is there any additional cost involved when booking on the Internet?
    A:
    No, making a reservation through our booking engine is completely free of charge.

  4. Q: Does this service give me access to other special offers as well as corporate discounts and promotions?
    A:
    Yes. The negotiated rates and discounts will be updated automatically so long as the dates, room type and board basis requested meet the terms of the agreement between your company and AC Hotels. You can also benefit from any other special offers and promotions in effect at any given time, bearing in mind that they may have different booking and cancellation policies.

  5. Q: Is there a maximum number of rooms that can be booked in any one hotel?
    A:
    Yes, you can only book a maximum of 9 rooms per hotel, person and date. If you need more rooms, please contact our Groups Department (AC Events) by sending an email to acevents@ac-hotels.com, by calling +34 902 292 290, or by faxing +34 902 292 294.

  6. Q: Is there any way of knowing whether the room type selected is available?
    A:
    Yes, during the booking process the available rooms in the selected hotel are shown immediately. Also, your booking will be confirmed immediately with all the details you entered when you made the reservation.

  7. Q: I don’t have a company credit card. Can I make a booking with my personal credit card?
    A:
    Yes, because the credit card number is only requested as a guarantee at the time of booking. Keep in mind that rates can have different booking and cancellation policies.

  8. Q: When I give my credit card number, can charges be put on it without my authorisation?
    A:
    Generally speaking, no; Your credit card number is only requested as a guarantee, though there may be different cancellation policies in the case of a special offer or if the rate for this particular booking requires pre-payment.

  9. Q: If my business schedule changes, how do I change my bookings?
    A:
    To make any changes to your booking, you can use any of the following options: On the website, using the hotel’s booking engine in the section “Changes/Cancellations”. You can also call our central reservations department at +34 902 292 293, or send an email to reservas@ac-hotels.com or empresas@ac-hotels.com.

  10. Q: Can I change or cancel a booking that has already been confirmed?
    A:
    Yes, you can change or cancel a booking without any additional charge under the general conditions up to 18.00  on the check-in day, so long as you have not extended the booking guarantee by providing a credit card number. You should always bear in mind that cancellation conditions for the rate in question can vary depending on the special offer, promotion or dates chosen.

  11. Q: Can I extend or shorten a booking?
    A:
    Yes, you can extend or shorten a booking by one or more days, though the rate will depend on what has been set by the hotel for that particular period, and will be subject to the availability of rooms.

  12. Q: When I make a booking with my credit card, is the process secure?

    Yes, the booking process on the AC Hotels website is completely safe. Reservation requests are channelled through a secure server.
